Description of Problem:
The ASP.NET Soft Debugger hangs with mono 2.6.7, even with simple web
applications.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create/open a simple (default) asp.net application
2. Run using the soft debugger

Actual Results:
Application output shows that xsp starts up, but then hangs and does not show
the page.  When quitting the application in monodevelop, the mono process
remains and must be killed manually

Expected Results:
Application should run and quit.


How often does this happen? 
MOST of the time - I have been able to sometimes run the application, but then
it would hang in the middle of processing requests the same way.
