[ Summary: MEF (System.ComponentModel.Composition) makes a few calls to
ToUpperInvariant () related to files. In particular it does so twice in
DirectoryCatalog.cs . This makes it impossible to use the code on filesystems
that are case-sensitive. (I've tested this with Mono on Linux.) ]
