Note that in the testcase i set the *minimum* threads to 5, up from the default
of 2 on my system. The maximum threads is 200. In this case trunk mono only
spins up 5 threads. If you vary the minimum threads, you'll see mono spins up
that amount of threads every time as opposed to spinning up *at least* that.
