When I am uploading to the device, I get the error below.

I have done this before on many occasions and have release the app to the
iTunes without any problems.

On this occasion I was updating the app for OS4 and was about to test it on the
iPhone when I got the error below.

I have recently updated other apps to OS4 without any problems. 

The only thing about this app is it is much larger than the other ones.
