Merci Antoine! I applied your patch. I also changed it a bit in a further
commit* and added unit tests (to complete coverage). 

And thanks to Eric for providing nice test cases to ease bug duplication!

* a small bug (hex versus decimal), removed XML comments (used only for
documenting the rule, not the code itself otherwise it would break the wiki
content generated from the rules' source code) and a bit less allocations for
strings (not really needed but... too hard to resist ;-)
