I added a new fix to SVN, it's r7100.

You also need to add something like

  String.Format ("{0}");

somewhere - something that crashes a bit deeper inside corlib.

And then, you need to test everything with and without external code
(right-click in the stack trace window and select/unselect "Show External
Code").
