Is there any way to tell the MonoTouch app to update its timezone settings to
the host?  In other words, how can I ensure MonoTouch uses the correct timezone
conversions when the host changes timezone while the app is suspended?  Somehow
I need to get the UTC conversions working properly such as even a
DateTime.UtcNow() I'm afraid may not work correctly.  

Any suggestions to resolve this?
