Still getting the error message.

As repro you can try in /mcs/tests

gmcs test-760.cs -r:test-760-lib.dll
Could not load file or assembly 'wrong, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.
