You cannot run nunit tests on Windows anymore. svn r160258.

C:\cygwin\home\atsushi\svn\mcs\class\lib\net_2_0\nunit-console.exe due to Not
enough space for the MS-DOS header

C:\cygwin\home\atsushi\svn\mcs\class\lib\net_2_0\mscorlib.dll due to Not enough
space for the MS-DOS header
The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the
`C:\cygwin\home\atsushi\svn\mono\mono\mini\lib\mono\2.0\mscorlib.dll'
directory.
