I'm still getting errors like this in *some* assembly at *some* stage, but it's
not really reproducible (it might be due to somethings like indexing service on
old Windows, or could be even cygwin+Windows7 wiredness).

Failure adding assembly
/../../class/lib/net_3_5/System.Data.Services.Client.dll to the cache: gac
directories could not be created, possibly permission issues.

If you have any further ideas for fixing this, I'd try those too.

I'd rather close this bug so far and wait for any other complaints from Windows
users if any. Thanks for the fix, Gonzalo.
