The function getaddrinfo does not exist in the Windows 2000 version of
WS2_32.DLL.

This seems closely related to a past bug that was fixed:

I have found some code that may be of use in providing the missing
functionality under Windows 2000 for both this bug and the one linked above
(related to freeaddrinfo).

1.Type 'mono --version' at the command line
Actual Results:  
Error message appears in a message box

Expected Results:  
Mono version should be displayed at the command prompt
