UIAlertView Clicked EventHandler not working

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. See the attached zip file


Actual Results:
Low level runtime crash

Expected Results:
Should handle event

How often does this happen?

Additional Information:
The attached solution is pretty much empty so I assume this isn't something
that I'm doing wrong.
