Minimal sample application and results screenshot

Description of Problem:
Under Ubuntu 10.04 + Mono 2.6.3 (from badgerports), ListView column headers are
not drawn. The area where the column headers should be simply stays white.

A minimal sample application is attached.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Run 'mono WindowsFormsApplication1.exe' (from the sample application package).

Actual Results:
No column headers are drawn. See the screenshot 'results.png' (top window).

Expected Results:
Column headers should be drawn. See the screenshot 'results.png' (bottom
window).

How often does this happen? 
Always.
