Unfortunately, while this happened several times, I configured it to run in
debug mode by setting

<configuration>
      <compilation debug="true" />
</configuration>

in the web.config file and starting XSP as follows:

MONO_OPTIONS=--debug xsp2

After I did this, I was no longer able to reproduce the error, even after the
changes were removed and XSP was started normally.

I'll continue to try to get it to happen again.
