When using Saxon under 2.6.X Mono on Linux (haven't been able to test under
other OS) crashes with the following message:

ERROR:mini-trampolines.c:183:mono_convert_imt_slot_to_vtable_slot: code should
not be reached

Reporting as a runtime bug because Saxon is mature/stable library and shouldn't
be crashing and because this same code used to work fine so it suggests a
regression of some kind. I can confirm the exact same code does not produce an
error under 2.4.2.3. Also works fine under the MS CLR. Full crash output is
attached, but top looks like:
