Hmm, actually the error message without generic sharing is still looking weird:

** ERROR **:
System.Collections.Generic.SynchronizedCollection<System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.IChannelInitializer>
doesn't implement interface
System.Collection.Generic.IEnumerable<System.ServiceModel.Description.OperationDescription>
