screenshots of example run in .Net and in Mono

Adding a DataGridViewComboBoxColumn and a DataGridViewCheckBoxColumn  does not
work correctly. Please look at the screen shots I attached because I do not
know how to describe this bug. 

They are made of an application using example code given in the .Net framework
documentation for the DataGridViewColumn.DataPropertyName Property.
