I'm getting the exact same error using mtouch 1.4.7.4908 EVALUATION

I have no other mono related processes running and have tried clearing ~/.wapi
as suggested above, but I'm still getting "The directory Hello.app does not
exist"

This is on updated Snow Leopard 10.6.2 running on a Mac mini. I am running the
iPhone SDK 3.2 beta 3 if that could be related?

Any other thoughts?
