Summary: Mono prints "NOT IMPLEMENTED: ResetToDefault()"
Classification: Mono
Product: Mono: Class Libraries
Version: 2.6.x
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows 7
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: System
AssignedTo: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
ReportedBy: aChrisSmith at gmail.com
QAContact: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
Found By: Third Party Developer/Partner
Blocker: ---
Description of Problem:
Mono prints out the text "NOT IMPLEMENTED: ResetToDefault()" when running in a
console window on a machine which gets TSed to. (See repro steps.)
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download and install the latest F# CTP at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ba52e650-4e77-4b0b-b987-9f9ecd3bab3b&displaylang=en
2. Run the F# Interactive window under Mono (mono fsi.exe)
3. From a seperate machine, remotely connect into the console session of the
one running fsi under mono. (run "mstsc /console".)
Actual Results:
NOT IMPLEMENTED: ResetDefault()
gets printed to the screen several times.
Expected Results:
Nothing, the console window looks normally.
How often does this happen?
Every time.
Additional Information:
I presume this is some diagnostic information being logged to STDERR when the
window gets updated from the remote connection. It is likely that using the F#
Interactive window is not required for this bug.
