Clearly it has nothing to do with Global itself. As the stack trace suggests,
the problem is in one of App_Code/*.xsd files. Please attach a small,
self-contained test case which triggers the issue and reopen the bug, thanks!
Doing this will get the issue fixed much faster than setting the priority to
Major.
