Description of Problem:

When pressing the return key, a new line is inserted, but the cursor moves down
2 lines.

Attached video of the problem.

My guess is that the file has line endings left over from Windows, and those
are interfering with MonoDevelop. I run "Format Document" but that doesn't
help.
