Process.MainWindowHandle always returns zero.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compile and run attached testcase
2.click on the form
3.
Actual Results:  
MainForm not found (no MessageBox)

Expected Results:  
MessageBox should popup to show that the MainForm was found.
