MonoTouch.CoreTelephony namespace is not complete. The class
CTTelephonyNetworkInfo is missing. Also, the class CTCallCenter is not
complete. It is missing the ObjC "callEventHandler" property, making it
unusable.

CTCallCenter class should have "callEventHandler" property (or event).
MonoTouch.CoreTelephony should have CTTelephonyNetworkInfo class.
