The latest output looks worse than before.

$ mono --security=verifiable 576419.exe
Could not load image C:\cygwin\home\atsushi\tests\576419.exe due to Not enough
space for the MS-DOS header
Could not load image C:\cygwin\home\atsushi\tests\576419.exe due to Not enough
space for the MS-DOS header
Could not load image C:\cygwin\usr\local\lib\mono\2.0\mscorlib.dll due to Not
enough space for the MS-DOS header
The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the
`C:\cygwin\usr\local\lib\mono\2.0\mscorlib.dll' directory.
