Cross compile libMonoPosixHelper

When cross compiling mono, the directory "support" is not build anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cross compile
2. Build
3. libMonoPosixHeler.dylib is not build
Actual Results:  
libMonoPosixHeler.dylib is not build

Expected Results:  
libMonoPosixHeler.dylib should be build
