Mono fails to do a backtrace when it crashes on Mac, unlike on Linux.

Backtracing to stdout is important so we can redirect it into a known log file
for users to to able to file with bug reports.

Today I got a crash trace that included the backtrace_symbols method, so maybe
this will help to identify why it doesn't work.
