When browsing to set the iPhone icons in the Project Options the Project
Folders' tree structure does not match the actual project's tree structure.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View Project options > iPhone APplication > Icons tab > browse (via the ...
button)

Actual Results:  
Project Folders lists folders in the project that are not part of the actual
project.

Expected Results:  
Project Folders should display the proper folder structure of the project.
