gmcs crashes.  if you fix the "unused variable" warning on line 48, it works
properly.  Tested on 2.6.7
Unable to install mono2.8 to test on this machine for some reason I don't
understand yet.

gmcs repro.cs -t:library
Actual Results:  
crash
