Sample project

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12)
Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12

There are three RadDateTimePickers control in an ASP.NET Repeater. The pickers
use shared calendar / timeview. RadAjaxManager is configured so that the
Repeater updates itself and the shared controls.

Bonus: RadxxxPicker looks weird in Mozilla Firefox under Mono. I believe the
problem is related to a missing style "display: -moz-inline-stack;".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the attached demo
2. Click on the calendar or timeview icon next to the picker
Actual Results:
Nothing happens. All pickers look strange in FF.

Expected Results:
The corresponding view should be opened - timeview or calendar. The pickers
should look and behave as in ASP.NET.
