Browser errors on page load. Some currency symbols - Japanese Yen for example
are displayed incorrectly (backslash instead of yen symbol). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Japanese culture from the drop down
2.Enter some value in the textbox

Actual Results:  
Three errors pop-up on page load. Some currency symbols are incorrect.

Expected Results:  
There should be no errors. The currency symbols should be displayed as under
ASP.NET.
