I don't want to change the SEH handling! I'd be pretty happy with the simple
and non-intrusive (but less obvious) dllmap change or with a change in WinForms
code.

I've filed this bug merely for reference purposes as it's mostly affecting
heavily cygwin users. With other words it affects only us and a couple of mono
devs ;)
