Improves the vertical position of ContextMenuStrip.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.5
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.249.43 Safari/532.5

This can lead to the top of the context menu being off the screen.
This only happens with context menus with lots of items.
