I apologize again, but there is definitely some issue here as it does corrupt
the stream... I have tested it with both versions of code and (Array.Resize)
and Buffer.BlockCopy, and the Buffer.BlockCopy does work everytime whereby the
Array.Resize code corrupts the buffer.
