After installing the latest preview (P9), deploying an application to the
emulator started taking over a minute, instead of the 5-10 seconds I was seeing
before.  This is reproducible for me using the default MonoDroid application. 
Attached is the adb output in case there's anything useful in there.

As a comparison, I tried deploying a small Java application to the same AVD and
that only took 2 seconds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new MonoDroid application
2. Deploy it to an emulator
Actual Results:  
Takes a very long time to deploy

Expected Results:  
Should take less time
