Test case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101201
Firefox/4.0b8pre

See test case.
It's a TabControl linked to an ImageList.
The first TabPage references an image in the ImageList by using the ImageIndex,
and the second TabPage does the same using the ImageKey.

With .NET, the image shows on both tabs.
With Mono, the image only shows on the first tab.
