I really appreciate the help. However, I am still getting the same results.
"tlstest.exe [uri to webservice] --show" returns the same html I would get in
my web browser. However, when adding from monodevelop I am getting the same
error as before "Error getting response stream (Write: The authentication or
decryption has failed.): SendFailure"
