VS debugger shows an alertbox which just says NullReferenceException[*1] when I
debug an app that uses SurfaceView. [*2]

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. check out the app from [*2], open "nmdsp.sln" on VS2010 and press F5.
2. (start an emulator, select it and) wait for a while.

It's looking like an error on VS addin, or SurfaceView dispatching, or both.
