Description of Problem:
Banshee crashes attempting to play ogg file.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Banshee.
2. Open a play list.
3. Select an ogg file and press play.


Actual Results:
Banshee crashes.

Expected Results:
The file should play.

How often does this happen? 
Always.
