Cutdown AjaxControlToolkit sample website.

AJAX website (from the AJAX Samples) that fails to compile in 2.6.7.

Simply:
1. Unzip
2. Run xsp against the top level directrory in the zip file
3. Open a webbrowser, and point it at the xsp running instance.
4. Select the "Accordion" example.
5. Should observe the issue (page does not compile).
