Fixed error after one day of reporting it. The Mono VB runtime has an error.
The fix is to bundle MSFT's Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll implementation with the
application in question. Still this is a temporary fix and needs a change in
the LikeOPerator.LikeString function inside the mono implementation.
