Description of Problem:
System.TypeInitializationException in System.Net.WebConnection when attempting
to call a webservice with generated proxy class.  

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create android project
2. add web reference
3. remove settings designer classes
4. add code to call web service
5. run


Actual Results:
System.TypeInitializationException in System.Net.WebConnection

Expected Results:
should work
