Description of Problem:

Visual Studio 2010 - Android project properties screen doesn't have scrollbar. 
This isn't a big deal, but it does hide the extra android properties at the
bottom.  On my laptop, I didn't realize the extra settings were there at first.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a new project
2. go to project properties, "Application" section


Actual Results:
no vertical scrollbar

Expected Results:
should have scrollbar

How often does this happen?
