Users may want to have a "well-known" activity name, because other apps can
start it by calling StartActivity (string name).  This can be done with
figuring out how we create the activity name from namespace+class name, I just
thought that we could make this an easier case.

But it's probably not worth exploring until users are actually hitting it.
