I still don't understand the proposed semantics for [Name]. monodroid must
generate Java code, and the name of the generated Java class must match the
value used in //activity/@android:name.

So let me step back: if [Name] is present, what should monodroid do?  What
should the AndroidManifest.xml contain?  What type name should be created? 
(And what will be broken in the process, but that might be harder to quantify.)
