When you mouse over the button.Text property in the visual studio 2010
debugger, the value is shown is java char sequence, instead of the actual text
content of the button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a default project from the vs project template
2.place a breakpoint at button.Text
3.mouse over the Text in the debugger while debugging
Actual Results:  
"Char sequence" is shown as the value in the debugger.

Expected Results:  
The value of the button's text should be in the quick watch tooltip when you
put the mouse over the property.

For a test case I just used the default project with the single button and the
click handler incrementing the text of the button.
