That RequestWindowFeature line is strange.  I was debugging LunarLander the
other day, and it has the command, but I noticed the online srcfile doesn't
have that line:
http://developer.android.com/resources/samples/LunarLander/src/com/example/android/lunarlander/LunarLander.html

The exception is see is this:

E/AndroidRuntime(  222): android.util.AndroidRuntimeException: requestFeature()
must be called before adding content

So I don't know if this is a binding bug or not.
