Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into VS2010 settings, set the android sdk path to c:\android\
2. Try to run a build...it will run the build from the previous path entered in
the setting field
3. Shutdown/Restart VS2010
4. The 'new' path is now in effect/applied


Expected Results:  
The android sdk path setting shouldn't require a Visual Studio restart to take
effect.
