When I start debugging a monodroid application in vs 2010, i would like to
select a default emulator image to use. Once the image is selected, subsequent
debugging sessions will startup that specific image.  There will also need to
be a way to change the emulator image that is used becuase we don't want to be
stuck with the same image every time after the first image is selected.
