Description of Problem:
Refresh Devices never finds a device on its first search.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run a MonoDroid Project in VS when no devices are running.
2. Start a device.
3. when the device is ready, click "Refresh Devices".  

Actual Results:
No devices appear.
Click "Refresh Devices" again:  There's your device.

Expected Results:
Devices found when running.

How often does this happen? 
Always (on the first click)
