Description of Problem:
See attached screenshots

OpenSUSE 11.3 i586
mono-core-2.7.1-53.1..i586
apache2-mod_mono-2.7-33.2..i586
mono-data-postgresql-2.7.1-53.1...i586

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start up apache 
2. navigate to (ip address of server)/blogengine 
3. Login as user:admin password:admin
4. Look at the differences between the Administration boxes in screenshots 

Actual Results:
Admin Box only shows change password

Expected Results:
Admin box should show 10 more entries for Admin

How often does this happen? 
Every time
